Staff List Issues

I would like to say that the staff list is very unorganized. There are four in game admins. There are also five in game moderators. 0.8:1 is way too low. 1:3 is just about perfect. I'm not saying that there should be more or less staff or that Jeremy is mismanaging it but, I just think that there's an issue with the way it's set up. I would like to say although that the forum staff is set up amazigly.

Some might be Ryans friends, Or just certain people, But they are not consider to be part of allgofree staff in that sense.
