How I suspended form school...

Well see yesterday I woke up and put on my favorite shirt( I actually found a pic of it: ). So when I got to school this black guy kept staring right at me and I was like in my mind "Dude what the f***". So about a hour later the lady in the office called for me in my class to come to the office, so I went there and guess who was was there? The black kid who was staring at me. So we had argument over my shirt and then I said "Don't I have the freedom of expression?". The conversation ended with me getting suspended for three days b/c of 'racist clothing'.

"Don't I have the freedom of expression?"

Not in school, or on established and owned grounds at least. If that were true, you'd see a whole bunch of gang-affiliated themed clothing along with others that refer to alcohol, drugs, white supremacy, etc. But you don't.

I can understand how some people would be offended by a confederate flag, but come on.

Well I understand how this could be taken as racist, there's a Feddy flag on the shirt and the kid was African American... We can kind of tell.. You shouldn't have been suspended though..

Yeah, because his full intentions was to be a racist. Schools can be so ridiculous sometimes. They're supposed to make you change the shirt if it violates school policy, aren't they?

It created racial tensions, schools don't like controversy. A teacher gave me detention for being Agnostic before; a kid in my class called out that I was Atheist, and I corrected him.  The teacher called me a bible burner and I got held after school for detention. My mom wasn't happy about that, she called the principal. Mr. Smith was fired. :D

But yeah, schools don't like controversy.

Wow...Racism is bad i can see that..but a confederate flag isn't always racist there were numerous reasons for the controversy between the north and the south not just slaves..
