Jagex = Stuppid. II

Today i decided to become member again. I went to the store and bough 15 bucks for my phone. The phone call supposed to be 8,50. Like 20 seconds before i would receive my pin my phone hang up because the wealth was to low. I payed jagex 15 euro and got no pin. Later i received this email:

Hi,

We have checked our system and confirmed that you have called our premium phone numbers on 02-02-2010 for 452 seconds. As you did not complete the call and did not receive any pin, you were charged for the duration of the calls only. The total charge for this call is â,¬ 5.10 EURO.  Please send in your full name (payable on) and full postal address if you would like a cheque refund or your Paypal account email address if this is much more convenience for you.

Please note that we could only refund the partial payment which was charged by Surfpin. Your network service provider has also charged you for making this call.(standard network charges)

So far i had no more response on my mad emails towards them so hopefully i will receive this 'cheque'.
