I was looking through this whole form and I saw someone post this, and I state "The skill capes are only for the tester enjoyments as they test." I couldn't remember how this person typed this statement but, is this true? Will skill capes be able for non-testers?

EDIT: The post was by Zack (page 12, post=177) He states "It's probably just a little something Ryan threw in so us testers could have a little fun while testing. Almost positive it wont be there when it's released." I belive he is a tester.....~ sorry for being lazy and not looking for his post~

What I said had absolutley nothing to do with skill capes. Skill capes will be available to everyone as long as you have 99 in the particular skill.
