So I got on Worldscape forums today and I see I have a message. I look and see this...

Hello, I'm at my m8's house and watch a movie. (this is he's account)
You saw my report about L 1 V E? Well, he's ip banned.
What you did, you maked a fake account and multiped logg inn.
This is unacceptebel and i will take hard action.
You may don't know me, but Able getting banned cuz of me trough.
I hope you find out a good thing cuz i'm f*cking mad!

I first of all can't understand what he is saying, but it sounds like he's saying I made a fake L 1 V E account? Well thats not really possible and I can't say I've done anything like fake accounts... can someone tell me what hes talking about please? Did something bad happen or is he just on too much medication? HELP!
