Worldscape Bill of Rights (Not the rules!)(Awaitng Staff approval)

Amendment 1
~All-Go-Free~ staff shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the players peaceably to assemble, and to petition the staff for a redress of grievances.

Amendment 2
A well regulated clan, being necessary supreme pwness, the right of the players to stay out of the clan, shall not be infringed.

Amendment 3
No player shall curse, spam, or hack while playing Worldscape.

Amendment 4
The right of the players to be secure in their ISP, IP, record , and effects, against unreasonable searches on their account, shall not be violated, and no reports shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the record to be searched, and the persons or things to be searched.

Amendment 5
No player shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous action, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand staff, except in cases arising staff or players, nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of perm ban or ip ban; nor shall be compelled in any report to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of in game, forum, or bank, without due process of law; nor shall players rares be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment 6
In all repors, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy  by an impartial staff member of the staff , which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Amendment 7
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty gps, the right of trial by staff  shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a staf, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the Worldscape, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment 8
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment 9
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by any staff member or player.

Amendment 10
The powers not delegated to the players by the staff, nor prohibited by it to the staff, are reserved to the staff respectively, or to the players.

I don't really get this, I just did the entire constitution in class a month ago, we're not supposed to have stuff like this do to the people from holland and such. What ever though.

Amendment 1 looks like it would lead to chaos, and old English doesn't make them seem any fancier. :P

A pure democracy is a a political system in which the supreme power lies in a body of citizens who can elect people to represent them. No one is elected or voted to rule in this community.

Our community is more of an established dictatorship; dictatorship refers to a form of absolute rule by leadership unrestricted by law, constitutions, or other social and political factors.

So Ry60003333 and myself are dictators. Any decisions that we need to make we can make without a voting process. It gives us complete control of the outcomes of anything.
