The 'Bronze poster thing' is the rank of posts you have. For example 1-25 posts is a bronze poster. 25-50 (I believe) is an 'Iron Poster' Your ranks go up for the more posts you have. However, do NOT post random things in topics to help your post count so that you may be ranked higher. They will be removed and counted as SPAM.
