items and stuff on blitz

Hello fellow worldscape players i am one of the better players on worldscape but not the best. My acc deth66 is now lvl 128 and i was wondering about blitz items.

I was wonderin if there will be special attacks and will there be bandos amour?

When blitz comes out will i have me skill capes already there?

How rare will godswords be?

And last will there be a godwars dungen?
