What is my life?

Life is like a game of Ball-
My reasoning is straight and to a narrow point,
It throws curve balls just to watch me miss
It loads the bases then strikes me out,
Life is like an unfair umpire ready to make
a bad call.

Life is like a Race-
It allows me to take the lead then blows a tire,
Life gives me enough fuel to make to the final lap
and not finish,
You come into pit lane to realize you have lost from
the start

Life is like a Construction Site-
Life builds me up and tears me down,
It lays a foundation then sinks it into the ground.
I raise up like a skyscraper then get razed like a
building on fire.
I've seen many workers, many plans, the blueprints
is blank on the other hand.
When I get to my peak I get blown over
just end the end they tell me I do not have the
building permit.

Life is like a thing worth living,
Theres not certainty, no drawn out plan.
You may win but you will lose there's
no questioning that. The more you live,
The more you know, life is like a box
of chocolates you never know what you
will get.
