farcasting on monsters

is farcasting jad ALLOWED? some ppl sayin YES some ppl say NO..chaoslancex and ryan sayin its OK but in joker i got temp banned for farcastin! can any body help me? i am unbanned allready but i need some 1 to answer me...

I said that someone told me that Ry said he did not care if someone used the bow, am not sure if that is what Ry really said. :P
