vote for the best pkers out there and at the end of the quarter i will give 3 rares to that person if i see them on or i will give it to the 2nd or 3rd placed person, if none of them are on then those rares will be givin to next months winner+the rares they would have won

Quarters end on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st

rules
1) three votes a day no limit for days anymore
2) you can use multiple votes on one user
3) no flaming, no whining, no voting for yourself
4) to win you have to have more than 250 votes because everyone has to agree that your the BEST of the month (*+**)
5) if you do cheat your disqualified for the quarter and your shame will be up on the cheaters board forever!!!!!
       
any other things that come up that are annoying will be added as rules

*= just for the first quarter you have to get 50 votes
**= if 250 is too much then i will lower it and if it isnt enough then i will raise it
