how do you give somebody respect?

I believe you have to have a specific post count before you are allowed to use the 'Give Respect' button.

I don't know exactly. The option appeared for me when I became a Blitz Beta Tester. I would say somewhere around 40 maybe. Although I am not entirely sure.

I think you need to get to iron poster to give respect, but I'm not completely sure. That was a long time ago for me.
