anybody no how i can train my str faster and what monster i should train on also which weapon i should use

Fastest way to do so is to train it  :o
I advise to train at ::etele shades and use a Dragon Dager Special. :)

The guard are best for lower levels in strength, when you get to level 80 - 90, I would recommend that you train at ::northpole. You get both drops and quicker experience there. Once you get to about 110 Str, and a decent Hitpoints level, train at the shades next to the small bank located in ::etele. They will hit on you almost everytime, so make sure you have plenty of food and you should be just fine there.

yes i agree with all that exept for using a dds. a normal dragon dagger gives more str bonus so would be better to train str with.

well i think you should just use a normal dragon dagger. You should probably train at ::etele than going east until you get to the bank, Next to the bank are the shades hope i have helped.
