Why can't i log on?

I made a forum account bt still cannot get on i tried downloading the catche and everything but it won't work...please help me

If this doesn't work, try downloading the client. The cache is installed automaticly so there is no need to download it separately. The download link is located at the top of the Worldselect status table.

ok i've downoaded it but is till isn't working. i have basically seen that the problem is is that the pop up that says loading it goes

then the bar is here
the bar doesn't load and the space after the word "Downloaing" is blank.... god i just wanna play

It sometimes takes awhile to load on specific computers, OR, if you don't have the recomended Java, and Sunburst things, so goto Http://www.java.com/ and download the NEWEST version, and hopefully that'll help. ;D
