When Worldscape Blitz Beta came out, items where transferred to the classic accounts (Which does not happen anymore.); So when the beta testers obtained skillcapes they where transferred to the classic accounts, when using a silabclient or a client that shows skillcapes, when having the skillcapes they show as they wouldn't when using the AllGoFree client. Please don't get this confused with a release of skillcapes. Skillcapes will be released in WorldScape Blitz.

I had a lot of items that I made in Blitz, and when they transferred over to Classic all the items that weren't in the game such as god swords and bandos armour appeared as "Silab Items" :D

Sean is right, I even tried using a skill cape from Worldscape Blitz on classic, but it did'nt show up, only as a Silab item, which is worthless.
