Anime is Japanese animation, thus nothing made here in the anime form can truly be considered anime.
Of course, a lot of the stuff here is obviously made in the same style (Avatar, Totally Spies, Teen Titans, etc.).

It's cool how anime really influenced the media here in the west, such as the Matrix trilogy.
