What time does everyone log on?

Lately I have noticed that literally no one is on whenever I am on. I live in the E.S.T. so I'm not sure if people just aren't logging on or is my time zone just different from the majority of the other players.

I think everyone assumes no one is gonna log in so nobody logs in and it sets off a chain reaction.

I'm in central time so idk what that translates to for you.
