What type of physical activity/working out/sports are you guys involved in?

Every monday wednesday and friday I lift during school, then do a track workout after school. I do cardio stuff at school on tuesdays and thursdays, and I do track in the spring.

For some reason I'm really motivated to be athletic this year, so I figured I'd ask to see what others do.

In college there are a lot more opportunities to be active than in high school. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I play dodgeball which is surprisingly extremely competitive. Mondays and Wednesdays I play futsal which is just soccer inside on a gym floor. Every other day I just find stuff to do.

I was up until May when the coach just stopped talking to me for no reason. By the time he responded the team was filled out. I thought it was a shitty situation but I've found out that he led quite a few people on that way.

Yeah, it's alright though. Apparently the coach is an enormous dbag and I've been told that I would have hated it if I was actually on the team from some kids who quit after their first year.

I've played Basketball since I was about...6 years old. I played in High School and College, and now play in a state-wide for charity tournament every year, as well as pick up games and local leagues.

As an incoming freshman there wasn't a scholarship offer for me. I probably could have earned one over the course of the year, but as far as money was concerned, I was only getting scholarship for school at that point. Oh well.
