I had a three hour headstart on him and I didn't get to 100 per second until like 8 hours ago. And he's so clearly cheating. He messaged me on Facebook telling me to give him my account so he could get it for me and it was clear he was cheating. He's also eaten a trillion candies in under a day and I'm not going to go into it, but I'm pretty sure that's mathematically impossible.

You can actually get 300 lollipops per second, but it will only appear as 100 lp/sec.

How many do you have to plant for that? I planted 50,000 of them before exiting out

It's an item called "The horn of plenty", which can only be obtained from the 'cow level', which can only be accessed by using a "G.M.O.O.H." potion. It's best that you make the potion, then save right before using it in case you don't get to the level on the first try.
