Add Arzinian Avatars as Slayer tasks

I suggest putting the new bosses as assignments from Vannaka. And while you're at it, remove all the other monsters that are impossible.

i don't see why you would add bosses to a slayer assignment, sorry i don't like this idea.

I like it because it adds another option that's actually possible to find, but I don't like it because they're boss monsters.

How about we remove everything from the slayer tasks except for Shades and Otherworldly Beings and then we add all the NPCs from Camp and Zombies as possible tasks
