Castle Wars Banners, Hoods, and Cloaks

You guys remember when the castle wars cloak and hood were rare, I was wondering if they can be made as rares again and what happened to the banners?

I don't think banners were rares, they were just smuggled out of Castle Wars. And if Castle Wars hood and cloak were to be rare, then everyone would just play cw to get it, and it won't be rare anymore.  ??? ???

It'd be too much tampering with the game now to get it back to being rare. As Kevin, I think it was, said before some rares have to be taken out of the game to physically make the game have more features & to be more complete. Example being the CW items.

I'm all for new rares though.

Well to be fair you wouldn't get your old CW-hood and cloak back anyways, so it'd be better just to release some new rares.
