I joined the server like 3-4 hours ago and I wanted to try some zombie minigame out and Mia IP bans me for 5 mins, or whatever it's set to.

She said get out I warned you allo. I'm like huh who's allo?

She's not a very good mod :(

Now it wont let me log in at all.

Sorry, I cannot ban. I kicked you, I yelled on Yell no one is to go to ZOmbies because theres  a bug & if you do it's bug abuse.  Bug Abuse = Bannable offence.
But, you came to zombies, I asked you to go, you didn't, I had no choice.
