i forgot my pass and try to recover my account and in my screen i see we send you a message and read it.
but i didnt get the message what i need to do?

Make sure that the email you registered the account on is a valid one. If so and that's the case message Kevin or Ryan in the game or here, they will recover your account for you. This has been a problem with many players and contacting either one of them will resolve it.
