CACHE Froze?

When i try to log on to the client on http://www.rune.at.ua, and on the downloaded server, it is frozen on IDLE please help with this.

Try downing the client from Allgofree, Link for the download is http://idisk.mac.com/ry60003333-Public/wsclient/worldscape_client_v3.zip
