another forum box

i think there shoudl be a forums box thats says possible srants so if a user doesnt know if what is going is bad enough to post in rants they can be told. or make on with tall the forums for each forum. and for rants what they should post about.

Thats a great idea but mabe there should be a whole topic saying what you should post what topic in instead of just haveing one about rants.
