It will not load!

When i am saying this i am talking about the web client not the downloaded client. When you are logging on to worldscape it says "waiting on downloader" and a little window comes up and then it goes away after it finishes everything. Usaly after that the red bar loads up and you can type your username and password but when it happens to me it still says "waiting on downloader" and it will not load up. And please don't tell me to download the client because i don't like playing that client

I believe that topic is abot the downloaded client but thank you for your help anyway.
Also today it loaded up it must be a one of thing don't know why though. ???
