508 Console Gfx/Animations

Hello,

I was thinking about this for a bit.

Although this idea will more than likely be at latter development.

But I was thinking about adding in the Developer's Console and enabling people to use anim - gfx - animgfx commands.

Yet limiting this to only non Player Killing Zones.

This will be nice so people can have more to add in to Promo Videos, Player Killing Videos, and Videos in general.

Also, could be just for fun!
