I will add some suggestions here when i remember...

-Teleblock, and other spells working...
-Granite maul spec
-Less overpowered weapons
-Lower the stats from 135 to 99
-Crystal bow
-Working PC? With Void and torso and stuff like that.
-Reset barrows items, whips, dragon daggers and cash.
-Single&multi zones
-Dark bow
-An RFD minigame for all the gloves...
-Skilling shop, food shop, rune shop, armour shop, weapon shop, ranging shop, and possibly a PK point shop
-More dungeons and places for NPC's, and then add the Slayer skill and nice drops and rewards shop! Slayer helm would be awesome.
-Clues working, Partyhats, Santa hats, 3rd age, boaters and some other items obtained from that possibly?
-Hybriding actually working
-More hybriding items for mains&pures like SOL, mages book, master wand, and some others... i know some of them are in-game but rare...
-Mouse toy possibly powered up again...also Anger battleaxe
-Maybe slowly adding some easy quests for Veng and other item reqs... (only if people like them)

Also, we need vengegence lowered it is to high.

I'd be REALLY upset if skills were lowered to max of 99.
