We should have a NPC in, as an example, ::etele who sells Potions. Attack, Strengh, Def, Super attack, Super Strenght, Super defence, Prayer, Range etc.
Also, what would work, put up the prices. Like 500k Each. Than it makes it a little harder to get them.
