Account recovery

Hey guys, I need to get my main account that everyone knows me by recovered, I forgot the password to it, long story.
The accounts name is sup zezima, and I have proof its mine, i have old passwords, friends know its mine etc, I know what he has, what hes wearing etc..
I have told people (admins) about it and they don't seem to do anything about it, so if you can please help, thanks.
