Here's my main good ones, I have a personal counter for my stuff..

Trip 4; Kill count; 6,  Saradomin sword.

Trip 14; Kill count; 6,  Bandos Chest plate.

Trip 25; Kill count; 6  Mage 3a robe bottom.

Thats my main good stuff.

I've found out that kill count doesn't really matter. Unless you have less than 6.
