Blue boxing gloves: Moderately Rare.
Ring of stone: Don't think it's rare but if it is then it would he Moderately rare.
Easter eggs from event: That hasn't been added to the list but I'm sure they have some value.
Presents: Same as eggs, Aren't on the list but I'm sure they have value.
Castle Wars Cape & Hood: You can purchase these from the Cw shop, From my knowledge they are not rare.

ring of stone is not rare :'(
every egg from easter event is rare
presents from christmas event are rare just like the eggs.
castle wars hood is not rare, because just play castle wars and gain enough tokens to buy it.

Well how much they are worth is hard to say because money means nothing in the game. so..
