The reason Pest Control is not in WorldScape is because there is no worldmap files for that area(Like Map Data stuff) Meaning, NPC's Can no-clip through the walls, we have searched in the past for the correct files to fix it, but we never found them. We can manually put in each coord that we don't want the NPC to walk in, but you can imagine that would take quite a bit of time. Maybe one day we can add it :D
