Update pack #10 has been released!




Included updates:
- Classic plugin updated to version 16 - added ::rules
- Added engine support for multi-line command usages.
- Fixed a bug in the Duel arena where the spoils were deleted if you did not have enough inventory space.
- Fixed a bug in Trading where traded items were deleted if you did not have enough inventory space.
- Updated Random Events plugin to version 5, added backend improvements.
- Added a ::xptable command to view an XP Table that Kevin created.
- Added service messages to the login server that can be pushed to worlds.
