Jack, I fail to see how you would classify Flandre's post as spam.
The topic is for posting your bank, and he posted a picture which looks like his bank does.
Here you are starting fights again. If you truly believed his post to be spam then you should have just reported it and said nothing, but instead you try to pick a fight.
