I've been a real jerk lately, I've spammed and flamed I'm very sorry for all of my actions and would really like for me to have a fresh start. I'm going to start completely from the beginning.

I'm very sorry for what I've done and i really mean it; I promise it will never happen again and i hope we can be friends and okay with each other. I know I've really pissed you off and I've annoyed you. I want to make this a formal apologies and this will never happen again.
