Ipod Help

Well, I got my refurbished Ipod back from best buy. I got a warranty on it and it broke so they give me another working one.. But I need help in Itunes.

When I try to restore it I always get this message. (Picture) So does my Brother. it is an 8Gb Ipod touch 3rd generation.

I have looked at the Troubleshooting guide but There is nothing about this in it. And just to clarify, I WANT TO RESTORE IT TO FACTORY SETTINGS.

I've looked around and it all kinda points to the same problem.
So that might be it. Dunno.

Uhm why would you want to restore it? If you can log into the iPod try holding Home and Turn-off buttons in 10'seconds. Then restore it... I really don't know...:/

Told Avery in-game to lock this.. I got it fixed. (Youtube ftw)
