Ice Barrages In Fun-Pk.

People are saying that ice barrageing can cuause the server to crash, Just to be sure i warned the players that used it, they stop and when i leave they do it again.

Nope, nothing causes the server to crash. :)
Nothing in either spellbook can crash it either, some people say that you shouldn't high alch, when really it doesn't do anything at all. 8)

Server crash can be when like to many people are logged in or something with that space data that it says like 150MB total, and like 90MB is used up and only a little is left..im not sure about how it is either. :-\

Also, why worry about crashes, I've only experienced one crash the whole time I've played Worldscape.
